Do I have to be a primary care patient of Dr. Weisbruch’s to receive weight loss injections?

No! You are able to be a member of our practice as a weight loss only patient.

Can insurance cover my weight loss injections?

No. Our injections are cash pay only.

Does Origins Healthcare accept my Medicare advantage plan?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any kind of advantage plan. The only two forms of insurance accepted by us are Medicare and Tricare Select.

Am I able to pay cash for my visit?

Yes! Our cash pay price is $250 per visit after you become an established patient with us! We also offer affordable monthly payment options that cover all you in office visits and yearly lab work!

Is there a deposit for booking a new patient appointment?

Yes. We collect a fully refundable deposit of $75 prior to booking a new patient appointment. In the case of a cash pay patient, we collect the cost of the visit which is $350 at the time of booking.
